Philip Pilakyaa Adashio is a highly experienced Accounting Manager with over 25 years of progressive experience across oil & gas, consulting, manufacturing, insurance, humanitarian, and donor-funded project environments. He possesses strong expertise in financial reporting, management accounting, taxation, audit, grant and donor compliance, budgeting, cost control, internal controls, and risk management. He has successfully managed large-scale, multi billion dollar projects, including the Chevron Escravos Gas-to-Liquid (EGTL) Project, Bonny LNG projects and has a proven track record in statutory reporting, SAP and other ERP systems, SOX and FCPA compliance, and stakeholder management.

Philip is adept at leading finance teams, mentoring staff, implementing robust financial systems, and ensuring full compliance with IFRS, statutory regulations, and international best practices. He brings strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in audit coordination, tax audits, grant management, and financial strategy execution. He holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Accounting, and is highly proficient in SAP, FFS, and Microsoft Office application.

Afolayan Olamide is a strategic People and Culture leader with extensive cross-country experience driving workforce transformation, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable business performance across professional services, energy, logistics, and consumer sectors. Her academic foundation includes a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from Covenant University and a Master’s degree in Industrial Sociology from the University of Ibadan. She is currently pursuing an MBA at Liverpool John Moores University, strengthening her commercial and enterprise leadership perspective.

Olamide’s career reflects deep, high-impact engagement across the full people value chain. She had served as a HR Manager (People & Culture) at KPMG Africa, where she partnered with senior leadership to align people strategy with business objectives, leads performance management, succession planning, graduate and leadership development programs, and drives culture transformation using data-driven insights. In her consulting capacity, she supports workforce planning, regulatory compliance, manpower optimization, and HR framework design across complex and regulated environments.

Previously, she was the Head of Human Resources, West Africa at d.light, where she led regional people strategy, organizational development, employee engagement, and leadership capability building across a multi-country workforce. Her earlier roles include HR Business Partner at Mactay and HR Manager at Peejay Shipping and Logistics, where she strengthened workforce capability, succession planning, and performance systems.
